What the count posts
A line is flagged when it is out by 25.00 SAR at cost or by 2% of what the books expected — the same floor the shift variance board uses for cash. Posting writes one count movement per line that moved, against the person who counted.
An opening count — or a full stocktake done on paper — comes in as a spreadsheet through the same importer the catalogue uses. The file is read in the browser and checked against what Olaya Street is expected to hold.
